My friend Louis from fez ( http://louis-fes.blogspot.com ) came over for the week-end and we had a great house hunting outing. We covered the whole medina right left and center and came up with a few nice opportunities. Hope you like them !
This one is definitely not traditional. It's been done up in the modern Moroccan way. It's covered in tiles on two floors and gives a pretty crowded feeling. I chose it because it could be suitable for someone looking to have a place where they can move in immediately. It has four rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen all in good condition.
It's got to be one of the cleanest houses I've ever come across in the medina and has parking nearby.40 000 Euros.

Good to read you're keeping busy with Louis, he needs a new project. Would be nice to meet when I'm over again. Planning to come with the family at Easter.
