This little house has lots of charm and is very nicely situated. The house in itself is very traditional with the central patio and three rooms around it.
There are great wooden balconies on either side of the patio and the Terrace seems promising for a great view.
The last advantage of this house is that it has an adjacent shop sold with it which would be perfect for a small café or restaurant.
It is being sold for 70 000 Euros which is reasonable considering that shop fronts are very expensive here.
