Simple and cheap



Here is a very simple house. More of an appartment really.





about 80 m2
Just three large rooms, a small toilet and small kitchen.





There is also the terrace above which is the same size as the house and could look quite good.



If I decided to list it it's because of the price ..... 16 000 Euros !!
